Design Sprint: Banking for Startups

Commerzbank has a market leading position in small and medium-sized corporate clients. In order to stay competitive, Commerzbank needs to expand its customer base and tailor products to a new clientele. We knew that we wanted to do something for early-stage founders—but the kind of product or service was still unknown. Neugelb—the innovation lab of Commerzbank—planned a Design Sprint with two Neugelbians and four Commerzbank colleagues. Together we made up a diverse team with expertise in founding, corporate clients, performance marketing, UI/UX design, and business administration.
